Deleting FTP accounts | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This article will
guide you through the process of deleting FTP accounts. You must first login to HELM control panel. Once you enter the control panel you will be presented with a window with the options shown below:  Click on Domains and you will be presented with the following page:  Click on your domain name as shown on the illustrations above. You will now be presented with a new window with the options shown below:  Next click on the FTP Accounts button as illustrated above. You will now be presented with a new window similar to the one shown below:  Here you will see a list of FTP accounts you currently have. To delete a FTP account, click on the FTP account you wish to delete as shown in the illustration above.  Finally click on the Delete button to delete this FTP account.
