Deleting Multi-Recipient Addresses (MRA) | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| This article will guide you
through the process of a deleting Multi-Recipient Addresses email accounts. You must first login to HELM control panel. Once you enter the control panel you will be presented with a window with the options shown below:  Click on Domains and you will be presented with the following page:  Click on your domain name as shown on the illustrations above. You will now be presented with a new window with the options shown below:  Next click on the Multi-Recipient Addresses button as illustrated above. You will now be presented with a new window similar to the one shown below:  Here you will see a list of Multi-Recipient Addresses email you currently have. To delete an account, click the email account you wish to delete as shown above. You will now be presented with a new window similar to the one shown below.  Click on the Delete button to delete this Multi-Recipient Addresses email account.
