Editing Multi-Recipient Addresses (MRA)

This article will guide you through the process of a editing Multi-Recipient Addresses email accounts.

You must first login to HELM control panel. Once you enter the control panel you will be presented with a window with the options shown below:

Click on Domains and you will be presented with the following page:

Click on your domain name as shown on the illustrations above. You will now be presented with a new window with the options shown below:

Next click on the Multi-Recipient Addresses button as illustrated above. You will now be presented with a new window similar to the one shown below:

Here you will see a list of Multi-Recipient Addresses email you currently have.
To edit an account, click the email account you wish to edit as shown above. You will now be presented with a new window similar to the one shown below.

Edit any part of the email account as you see fit
1- add more or remove the email names you want.
2- Check or uncheck. If the catch all box is ticked, any email sent to your domain for which an email account does not exist will be received by this account. (eg: if you just have info@yourdomain.com and sales@yourdomain.com you will also receive through this account emails sent to anything@yourdomain.com)
(Please note: if you tick this box you may as a result receive more spam emails as with this options ticked you will also receive email such as: anything@yourdomain.com)

Click on the Save button to update this Multi-Recipient Addresses email account.
